"One of the primary reasons we picked Stillbrooke over other homebuilders in the metroplex was the energy efficiencies promoted. Our home has the Radiant Barrier, New Generation Low E 240 windows, and three 14 SEER ARI rated variable speed A/C units. When our bills came, we were thrilled to see the proof of the advertising.
